Gina Nuzzo has been working in the health and wellness industry for over eighteen years.
She had her own struggles with food, and understands the difficulty in having a "normal" relationship with food. She also understands the struggles of not wanting to do hours of exercise to stay fit.
Her clients trust her, because she has knowledge, understanding, and an intuitive approach to eating and health. Her clients also like her simple, empathetic, and direct programming style to fitness coaching.
She has earned her Master’s Degree in Applied Physiology from Columbia University. She studied Food & Nutrition at The University of Alabama.

You will be coached from a Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor, Certified Personal Trainer, and someone that has gone through their own struggles with food. We don't do diets. We don't do meal plans. We give you the freedom to savor and take pleasure in your food, the way food is meant to be experienced.
