ARE YOU EAGER TO JOIN THE HEALTHY AGING MADE SIMPLE PROGRAM BUT FIND YOURSELF HELD BACK BY VARIOUS CONCERNS OR OBSTACLES?
Let’s explore each “reason” and then accept a rise in consciousness, a new belief.
Money is like water. It is abundant, and it is everywhere. The only limit is what can flow to and through you based on your consciousness. When you resist an investment you want to make, it means you are saying “I only believe I can have what I already have” when in reality, you have access to an unlimited supply.
Your rise in consciousness is stepping into the identity of someone who believes
“I am my best investment. When I invest in myself, it comes back to me tenfold.”
You don’t have the money or you don’t think you can afford it.
You don’t believe the program will work for you, or you don’t believe that you will work the program.
You’re too busy.
You need to wait for later, or you’re not ready yet.
You let your spouse call the shots.
Each week focuses on one of the key pillars of healthy aging. You'll learn how to support heart health and lower cholesterol naturally through lifestyle changes, strengthen bones and improve bone density through proper nutrition and movement, manage stress more effectively, improve sleep quality, and develop healthy routines that support long-term wellness.
You'll gain practical nutrition strategies that help support healthy cholesterol levels, stronger bones, healthy weight management, and sustained energy. Rather than following restrictive diets, you'll learn how to make informed food choices that nourish your body and fit your lifestyle.
A major focus of the program is learning how to create sustainable habits that last. Many women know what they should do but struggle with consistency. Through proven behavior-change techniques, habit-tracking tools, weekly challenges, and ongoing accountability, you'll learn how to make healthy behaviors become part of your everyday routine.
Most people already know they should exercise more, eat healthier, manage stress, and get enough sleep. The challenge isn't knowing what to do—it's doing it consistently.
Healthy Aging Made Simple is designed to bridge the gap between information and action.
Many health programs fail because they ask people to make too many changes at once. Research shows that sustainable behavior change happens when people take manageable steps that can be maintained over time.
In this program, you'll learn simple strategies that fit into your real life. Instead of pursuing perfection, you'll focus on consistent progress. Small actions repeated over time create meaningful improvements in health, energy, strength, and overall well-being.
It's easier to stay committed when you know others are counting on you.
Group coaching provides regular accountability, helping you stay focused on your goals and follow through on the habits that support healthy aging. Rather than trying to make changes on your own, you'll have a structured environment that encourages action and consistency.
One of the strongest predictors of long-term success is social support.
When people work toward health goals together, they are more likely to stay engaged, overcome challenges, and maintain healthy habits. The group setting provides encouragement, shared experiences, and the opportunity to learn from others who are facing similar obstacles.
You'll discover that you're not alone in your journey—and that can make all the difference.
Conflicting health information can leave people feeling overwhelmed and unsure of where to start.
Healthy Aging Made Simple provides evidence-based education in a clear, practical format. You'll learn what truly matters for healthy aging and how to apply those principles in your daily life without restrictive diets, extreme exercise programs, or complicated rules.
Healthy aging involves more than nutrition and exercise.
This program addresses the key pillars of long-term wellness, including physical activity, nutrition, stress management, sleep, mindset, and healthy habits. By taking a comprehensive approach, you'll build a strong foundation for lifelong health.
The purpose of this program isn't to help you follow a plan for a few weeks. It's to help you develop the knowledge, skills, habits, and confidence needed to make healthy choices for years to come.
When you combine evidence-based strategies, accountability, community support, and consistent action, meaningful change becomes possible.
That's why Healthy Aging Made Simple works.
Dear Friend,
If I could give you any gift in the Universe, it would be the gift of believing in yourself. You’ve been through hard times. You’ve had the best of intentions. You have done your best.
Now, you feel called to take action. You know that you’re ready to change. You give to everyone around you, but you struggle to give to yourself. You want to experience freedom from restrictive diets, stop self-sabotaging, and show up for yourself like never before.
I always say, “Choice, not circumstance determines your success.” Life presents many choices, the choices we make determine our future. Every choice you make makes you. Allow me to open a doorway for your future, so you can choose to discover the healthy person within.
You’ll feel like a new person, but more importantly, you’ll experience incredible confidence, power, strength, vitality, and excitement about life.
When I was in my early twenties, I never thought I would be able to stop binge eating pizza and cake every day. I had high cholesterol, high blood sugar, and was very overweight. After eating disorder treatment, I made it my life’s work to educate myself about the body, nutrition, health, and the power of the mind. I can confidently say that I can sit down in front of a pizza and an entire cake while being satisfied with one slice of pizza and a couple of bites of cake. My cholesterol and blood sugar numbers are now at a normal range, and I live a very healthy lifestyle.
It took commitment, consistency, and most importantly belief in myself that I could lose the 50lbs I put on during those years of binge eating. I became a healthy person, and there is nothing I love more than coaching clients to help them become the healthiest version of themselves.
I accepted the identity. That’s what led me here.
I made the decision.
Let’s go.
Xo,
Gina
